  • Matthew Sturdivant
    Director of Fixed Operations

    Matt has been involved in the automotive industry for 20 years, and he brings a rich background of experience and knowledge to the team. He holds multiple automotive and business accreditations, and he has been the recipient of operations and service-focused accolades. Matt graduated from the University of Northwestern Ohio, where he studied business administration and automotive technologies.  
    Matt is married to Danielle, and they have two children: Piper and Sammy. Matt most enjoys spending time with his family, and they enjoy camping, hiking, and exploring together. Matt's strong family foundation and his vast experiences in the automotive industry make him an excellent addition to the Martin Group.  

  • Daniel Gifford
    Human Resources and Legal Compliance Manager

    Daniel joined the Martin Management team in July of 2018 as the HR and Legal Compliance Manager. Daniel's background is in law, having received his JD from the University of Kentucky College of Law in the spring of 2016. Before attending law school, he studied Human Resources Management at Western Kentucky University. He brings a unique legal perspective to his HR role and focuses on helping Martin Management stay compliant with ever-evolving state and federal requirements. Daniel manages the Payroll and Recruiting teams and provides a wide range of HR services for all employees across all of Martin's locations. 

  • Dana Baptist
    Corporate Recruiter

    Dana Baptist is a native Memphian that joined Martin Management Group as Corporate Recruiter November 2017. Dana graduated from the University of Memphis, with Bachelor's degree in Business Management and will complete a Master's degree in Leadership & Policy Studies in May 2019. After college, Dana joined Randstad North America, global staffing company, where she worked in client services managing several premier accounts such as Medtronic, Inc., ServiceMaster and Nike, Inc. Dana has a diverse skill set that spans across corporate, manufacturing/logistics, environmental and non-profit industries. 

    Dana has developed a network of support in the public and private sectors for her experience as well as from volunteering with local organizations. Due to her passion for giving back, in 2012, Dana was named "Memphis Finest Young Professional" honoree by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and 2016 "Top 40 Under 40 Urban Elite Young Professional" at a special event recognizing outstanding young professionals in the Memphis community. Dana and her husband, Jasper reside in Nashville, TN. 

  • Lauren Navarro
    Recruiting Coordinator

    Lauren Navarro is a Recruiting Coordinator at Martin Management Group. She is responsible for full cycle recruitment for hourly staff and assisting in attracting potential employees. Lauren was born in South Korea and adopted at 4 months old. She grew up in Rochester, NY and lived there through high school. Then, later attended Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia, where she studied Human Resources Management. While in college, her family moved to Nashville, and she decided to join them after graduating. During her  free time, Lauren enjoys painting and making pottery, baking, running and hiking outdoors, and volunteering with non-profit organizations. 

  • Tadishi Morgan
    Marketing Manager

    Tadishi joined the Martin Management team in August 2016 as the Marketing Manager. A graduate of University of Florida, Tadishi has extensive knowledge in social brand management, promotions, advertising  and multi-media marketing. He has several years of experience with Mondelez international, Nabisco Division, where he worked with products such as Oreos, Chips Ahoy, and Ritz. In Addition, he has worked in marketing and advertising for a regional chain of quick lube locations in Florida and an organic fast food chain, in Washington D.C. Tadishi manages the marketing team and ensures all of Martin Management Group's marketing and advertising objectives are executed across various mediums.

  • Alex Seals
    Marketing Manager

    Alex joined the Martin Management team in August 2018 as a Marketing Manager. She graduated from Marietta College with a Bachelor's in Advertising/Public Relations and a minor in Graphic Design. In her free time, Alex enjoys traveling, camping, reading, and spending time with her dog.

  • Dillon Gonzales
    Marketing Manager

    Dillon joined the Martin Management team in May 2018 as a Marketing Manager. A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, Dillon has extensive knowledge in social brand management, promotions, advertising and multi-media marketing. He has several years of experience working in Nashville, where he has worked as a Marketing Manager at 3rd & Lindsley, War Memorial Auditorium and the Tennessee Performing Arts Center. Dillon is married to Jessica, and they have a one year old dog named Orion.

  • Logan Mohon

    Logan is originally from Hopkinsville, KY, and moved to Bowling Green several years ago for college. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and will complete a Master's Degree of Accountancy in December 2018. He is currently working on the CPA exam.

  • Rebecca Webb
    Payroll Specialist

    Rebecca joined the Martin Group as Payroll Specialist in July of 2017 after relocating from North Carolina. She currently processes payroll for all the Martin dealerships. Rebecca has over 22 years of experience in the Payroll/Human Resources field. She has two sons, ages 24 and 20, and she just welcomed her first granddaughter. She enjoys bowling during her spare time.

  • Chad Cassetty
    IT Support Coordinator

    Chad joined the Martin Group in February 2015 as IT Support Coordinator. Chad is responsible for providing end-user technical support, monitoring critical infrastructure systems, and assisting with IT project deployments. He has served in the Information Technology field for over twenty years in roles ranging from Desktop Support to Network Administration and holds multiple certifications. Chad is an elementary school archery coach and an avid motorcyclist.

  • Trisha Hughes
    Executive Administrative Assistant

    Trisha joined the Martin Group in May of 1997 as a controller for Martin Dodge Jeep Chrysler and, eventually, for the entire Autoplex. In May of 2013, she joined the management team as the Internal Auditor. In August 2016 she took the role of Executive Administrative Assistant coordinating many critical business functions. Trisha handles day-to-day administrative responsibilities as well as a wide range of additional projects including First Extended Service Contracts, accounts payable, and travel / event planning. Trisha has over 37 years of experience in the automotive industry.

  • Renee McGinnis
    Corporate Accountant

    Renee joined the Martin Group as controller at Martin Cadillac Kia in 2004. In April 2009, Renee transferred to the Martin Management Group headquarters with the designation of Corporate Accountant.  Renee has 28 years of experience in management and accounting.  Before Renee joined the Martin Group she held positions at Kirby Auto Auction where she was the Office Manager and PIC International Headquarters where she held a position as Logistics Administrator of the United States transportation division.
