Chad joined the Martin Group in February 2015 as IT Support Coordinator. Chad is responsible for providing end-user technical support, monitoring critical infrastructure systems, and assisting with IT project deployments. He has served in the Information Technology field for over twenty years in roles ranging from Desktop Support to Network Administration and holds multiple certifications. Chad is a high school archery coach and an avid motorcyclist.

Amanda joined the Martin Management Group in February of 2022. She is a dedicated recruiter and human resource professional with a passion to bring a positive employee and management experience. Amanda joined the Martin Management team in July of 2020 as Vehicle Inventory Manager. Amanda provides oversight to the dealership's loaner fleets, rentals, and inventory. She has previous dealership experience in her hometown of Cincinnati, OH. Amanda has one cat and enjoys horticulture.

Christian has been working in the marketing field since 2014, mostly in ecommerce. He graduated from Austin Peay State University with a Masters degree in Marketing in 2020. In his free time he enjoys playing music, collectible hobbies, and spending time with his dog.

- Trisha Hughes
- Executive Administrative Assistant
Trisha joined the Martin Group in May of 1997 as a controller for Martin Dodge Jeep Chrysler and, eventually, for the entire Autoplex. In May of 2013, she joined the management team as the Internal Auditor. In August 2016 she took the role of Executive Administrative Assistant coordinating many critical business functions. Trisha handles day-to-day administrative responsibilities as well as a wide range of additional projects including First Extended Service Contracts, accounts payable, and travel / event planning. Trisha has over 37 years of experience in the automotive industry.

- Thomas Niemitalo
- IT Technician
Thomas Niemitalo is Martin's IT Technician. He served in the USAF from 2001-2005 where he worked on C130 turboprop engines and became a workgroup manager. After serving in the Air Force he held two government IT contracts before attending Wittenberg University. After teaching Middle school and high school History from 2014-2021 he returned to the IT world providing over the phone support for Apple Devices and moving onto work for Martin Management Group. He looks forward to helping solve any IT issues that might arise!

Courtney joined the Martin Group in June 2023 as our Internet Sales Director. Courtney`s automotive experience expands from being a Business Development Representative to a Sales Manager. At the Martin Group her responsibilities consist of managing our customer relation programs, developing training curriculum, and coaching our product specialist. Courtney`s goal is leveraging online channels to drive sales while delivering a positive and personalized experience for prospective car buyers in the digital space.
